2. No Guarantee of Approval

While we provide expert advice and support, Caas Consultants does not guarantee the approval of any visa or immigration application. Approval decisions are solely at the discretion of the Canadian immigration authorities.

3. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation as required for their applications. Failure to do so may result in delays or denials.

4. Fees and Payments

All fees for our services will be communicated clearly before you engage with us. Payments must be made as agreed. Fees paid are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and handle all personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your information will only be used for the purpose of providing our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Caas Consultants is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to delays, denials, or changes in immigration laws and policies.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients and will take effect upon posting.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
